    physically and mentally fit in all

    respects.

    Good health makes a man

    happy and cheerful but some-

    times a healthy person can

    also fall ill.

    Person may get diseases like

    Viral fever, Malaria etc. Theillness(or sickness) is called

    disease

    Important Health Tips Drink warm water, mixed with honey and lemon, torinse your liver and re-start metabolism

    Go for 30 minutes walk daily

    Dont take medicine with cold water

    Dont eat heavy meals after 5 PM

    Drink more water in morning, and less at night

    Dont lie after having meal

    Answer phone calls from left ear
