MOKA creamers are based on vegetable oils, milk proteins, vegetable proteins ( non-dairy option) and various carriers MOKA creamers offer an excellent creaming effect to instant drinks enhancing at the same time their taste properties, desired body, cream-like flavour and texture. Depending on physical and chemical properties they feature various degrees of creaming capacity and differ in their intensity of milky flavour

Upon dissolving gas trapped in particles is released giving a creamy and dense foam on the surface of an instant drink
