NO ONE CAN SEE WHETHER A PRODUCT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO
TEMPERATURES THAT ARE TOO HIGH
WHAT IS CHECKED AT THE MOMENT IS THAT THE CORRECT
TEMPERATURE IS BEING MAINTAINED JUST AT THE PRESENT TIME
MANY FOOD PRODUCERS DON’T FULLY TRUST THE
COLD CHAIN OF TODAY. THEY HAVE BEEN FORCED
TO REDUCE DAYS FROM THE LAST EXPIRY DATE DUE
TO THIS FACT.
