Freaky Food Truck Friday Festival October 6 from 5-10pm FOOD TRUCK CONTEST Prize: $10,000 in marketing and advertising via Buzz Media ANTICIPATED ATTENDANCE: 5,000+ with 25 food/dessert trucks HELD AT: Anheuser-Busch Brewery, 111 BUSCH DR, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32218 FEE: $200 FEE INCLUDES: • Entry into the festival • Inclusion in the $10,000 marketing and advertising competition • 50 free admission tickets to give to friends, family and customers • Invitation to serve at least one night at Anheuser Busch ‘Haunted Brewery’ in October CATEGORIES: • Presentation • Total Sales • Attendance • People’s Choice • Celebrity Judging CATEGORIES DEFINED: • Presentation will be judged based upon the visual appeal of the dish, as well as the truck and its customer area. • The truck with the highest dollar amount of sales. Winners of this category will have to provide tickets or sales data for veriﬁcation. • Each truck will be provided a promo code for 50 free admission tickets. The truck who has the largest number of people redeem these tickets online will win this category. • People’s choice will be determined based upon a secure online vote via the Food Truck Finder website. • A celebrity judge will select the winners for this category based upon quality of the food, service and “atmosphere” of each food truck. HOW TO SCORE: • Top 5 trucks in each category. 1st place in each category will be worth 20 points, 2nd = 19 points, 3rd = 18 points, 4th = 17 points, 5th = 16 points. • Highest possible score = 100 points. • Truck with the most points wins. • Tie breaker - peer vote. Each non- winning truck will be asked to vote for one of the potential winners. Each non-winning truck will only be worth one vote.
