Positive points One positive point throughout the show was that the communication was good between the cast and crew.

I had a full understanding of the show and knew the music element to footloose as I have worked on the show before.

Worked closely with the prop and costumes which meant that most of the costumes and props where source quite quickly.

Kept myself organised by completing daily tasks.

I feel that I have become more of a peoples persons and my communication skills have developed through this

Negative Points

Had a limited time to complete the task.Not all crew where on task.Props and costume did not come until the dress rehearsal.The set was not as stable and we thought it was going to be, therefore we had to reinforce the hay bales by putting strings around them to keep them in place. The microphones where in such a small place the frequencies where bouncing off each other which caused feedback.

What could Improve.

The crew could have been more on task.

Bigger performance area needed.

New microphones needed.

Bigger budget.

Needed more time for show.
