The wall housing is obstruction for Camera of Boiler drum level and same with the conduit. It should be relocated Left and Right at Boiler Drum steam.

Findings: No junction box and protectionRecommendation:Put junction box for terminal and cover for protection

Non-conformance installation of sampling point at Boiler bed materialRecommendation:All sampling point of pressure transmitter should 45 degrees follow the AFCD drawing: k0107-13

Closed cooling system pump, this is nonconformance installation vibration sensor should be top on main body or dedicated hole,not on the welded plate.

At Turbine hall elevation Zero all pneumatic valves conduit connector should be fitted and good connection.Recommendation:Use cable gland end to end from conduit to solenoid as per practice because cable is armoured.

All pneumatic valves at turbine elevation zero, NOT ALLOWED TO USE ONE MULTI CORE CABLE GOING TO TWO LIMIT SWITICHESAlso Boiler sideRecommendation:Put 2 pair core cable per limit switches.

Flexible conduit not fitted and not installed properly at closed cooling system pump.

Elevation zero near at condenser , Conduit shall have clearance from process line, it will cause damage of wire because of high temperature process line.
