CCNA Routing and Switching 6.0 is designed for students who are seeking entry-level ICT jobs or plan to pursue more specialized ICT skills. CCNA Routing and Switching teaches comprehensive networking concepts, from network applications to the protocols and services provided to those applications by the lower layers of the network. Students will progress from basic networking to more complex enterprise and theoretical networking models later in the curriculum. She has vast experience in teaching information technology and information security related subjects such as Fundamentals of Computer Networks, Computer Networks, Advanced Computer Networks, Network Security, Internet Security, Information Assurance and Security, Security Assessment and Risk Management, and etc. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing from University of Staffordshire and Master of Computer Science (Management Information Systems) from University of Malaya.

Ms Jennifer Lim is also certified as Cisco Certified Network Associates (Routing and Switching), CCNA instructor of Cisco Certified Network Academy Security (CCNAS) and Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI). Ms Chok Len Mooi is currently the Associate Dean of the Department of Computer Science and Mathematics, Faculty of Applied Sciences and Computing (FASC) in Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. She has vast experience in teaching information technology and information security courses such as Computer Networks and Internet, E-Commerce, Distributed Computer Systems, Fundamentals of Computer Networks, Computer Networks, Advanced Computer Networks and Network Security. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering and Master of Information Technology, both from University of Malaya.
