We have just undergone a major refurbishment of all our beauty rooms and have added a luxurious relaxation room, where you can escape from the world rushing by.

Come and enjoy all our on-site facilities including, heated outdoor pool (seasonal) and indoor swimming pool, steam-room, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. If you are feeling more energetic we also have two tennis courts, two squash courts and a jogging trail in our 205 acres of grounds. Etiquette, Terms and ConditionsEtiquette – In order to make the most of your treatment, we would recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment. This will allow you time to familiarise yourself with your surroundings and to enjoy our Health Club & Spa prior to being collected by your therapist. We ask that all mobile phones be turned off within the leisure complex to ensure tranquility and to allow you to relax along with our other guests.Bookings – Your therapy bookings can be made in person or by telephone on 020 8768 3153.At time of booking please specify any medical condition you may have and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. We accept no responsibility for providing alternative treatments if correct information has not been given at booking stage.The Spa has the right to decline or will offer the client an alternative treatment if contra indications occur.A request of credit card details or gift voucher details will be required to secure your booking.Spa attire – Before you have your spa treatment, we recommend you change into a robe and slippers for ultimate relaxation. Please wear dry swimwear or your undergarments underneath your robe during your treatment. Residents are welcome to arrive in the robe from their bedroom or you may collect one from spa reception. Our therapists will ensure that you are modestly covered with towels at all times. Robe, towels and slippers will be provided for guests on spa day packages.Payment – Please ensure all charges are settled before leaving the spa. If paying by gift voucher, the voucher must be presented on the day as your payment method prior to your treatment. Cancellation Policy – [As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please keep valuables safe. Smoking is prohibited within the spa. Family Swim Times – We do cater for our member and guest families at certain times throughout the day. All children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parental guardian at all times on poolside area. Children are unable to use the sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi. Please note children’s swim times are 9.00 to 11.00 and 13.00 to 18.00 on weekdays and 9.00 to 11.00 and 15.00 to 17.00 on weekends. Health & Safety – Trained staff are on duty within the spa; however we do not have any dedicated lifeguards watching the poolside area as it is an unattended pool. If you suffer from high blood pressure, have recently been unwell or believe you may be pregnant you should not use the sauna, steam-room or jacuzzi.
