San Francisco based, Jazz singer/songwriter, Jacqui Naylor has aunique style all her own. Born and raised in Saratoga, CA, Naylor(jacquinaylor.com) initially entered college to study marketing, butafter hearing the album Sarah Vaughan Sings George Gershwin in amusicappreciationclass,Naylorbecameseriously interested invocaljazz, laterstudyingwithFaithWinthropandShirleyCalloway.Naylorrecorded her self-titled debut in 1998 and released it on her ownindependentlabel,RubyStarRecords,thefollowingyear.Shewentonto record severalmore Ruby Star releases in the 2000s, which have

InanticipationofthereleaseofTheLongGame,originally scheduled for March 2020, severalconcerts were booked. Then came thecoronavirus pandemic. Like many artists, forwhomthelandscapehadchanged,JacquiNaylorand Art Khu saw the need for a new model.With this the pair started a series of privatemonthlyhome2homelive-streamconcertsfromtheirhomestudio.Withremoteexpertisefrom

photographer Thomas Heinser for staging and lighting (he’s photographed almost all heralbums)andfrommasteringengineerMichaelRomanowskionsound(he’smasteredallbutone of her albums), these concerts are becoming known for great sound and staging andintimate feel. Every show is completely different, based on requests from their 200+recorded songs and newly arranged music. Since May they have only repeated 5 songs.#home2homemusic.
