A Message To Our Friends:
Welcome to our 2021 Spring/Summer Park and Recreation Activity Guide! In the upcoming months the
days will stretch a little longer, the weather will warm up, parks will be alive with families, the Community
House will bustle with programs and the beach will be filled with families splashing around. The Parks and
Recreation Department strives to bring the community quality events and activities for all ages to enjoy.
This work is made possible by the amazing staff that work in our parks, buildings, and programs. In addi-
tion to programs and events, our staff has also replaced the playground equipment at Riverside Park.
Please take some time to go have fun on the new equipment!
I am very proud of the Team. They have shown heart, determination, care, and an overall positive attitude
for our residents and each other during this ever-changing time. As we continue to navigate changing
health orders, we want you to know we care for your physical, mental, and emotional health. Our team
will continue to develop safe and fun enrichment programs for you and your family.
Please visit our parks, dog park, playgrounds, Neshotah Beach, trails and Community House while being
respectful to those around you. The Two Rivers Parks and Recreation staff are looking forward to seeing
you soon!

HEART-A-RAMA
Heart-A-Rama is a non-profit variety show performed six nights a year at the J.E. Hamilton Community House in Two
Rivers, WI. In 2021 the 50th year will be celebrated with a total of over $2.9 million raised for the American Heart
Association Midwest Affiliate, along with donations of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to public gathering
places throughout Manitowoc County. Heart-A-Rama is like Saturday Night Live with local comedy and a variety o
skits organized by volunteers and designed to inform, inspire, and entertain. The audience of up to 300 nightly en-
joys an evening of laughs and fundraising. One of the biggest fundraisers is a live auction at the beginning of each
show called “The Best Seat in the House.” A decorated toilet seat signed by the cast and crew has become a friendly
competition between local businesses and individuals who bid ($1000 to over $3000 nightly) to win and then proud-
ly display the seat in their business or home. Join us in 2021 for classic skits from the past as well as new entertain-
