Personal care – assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, getting dressed and safety checks; escorting to and from daily events and support with transfers in and out of a bed or chair

Medication reminders – includes consultation with primary physicians and pharmacies, plus scheduled reviews by a licensed nurse; around-the-clock, trained medication aides assist with medications at Atria Woodbriar Place, while licensed nurses assist with medications at Atria Woodbriar Park
