Ananda Rajah – Executive Director & CEOIn 1984 he started ATOS which grew over the last 24 years to become the ATOS
Group (which includes Body Contours which he founded in 1997) with a combined
staff of 350 employees. He sold 51% of Body Contours to MEDEC in July 2006 for
75% consideration in MEDEC shares at 30 cts. In January 2008 he merged ATOS
Wellness Group into MEDEC Ltd for full scrip in MEDEC shares.
Gordon Getley – Non-Executive ChairmanAfter 11 years in education, Gordon established Getley Paulsen & Associates P/L
which became one of AMP’s most successful General Agency and Financial
Advisory businesses. Gordon is also chairman of a listed mining & exploration
company and non-executive director of a property development company as well
as director of a number of private companies.
John Harold (VI) Darling – Non-Executive Director Chairman of the Darling Group, a professional firm which specialises in strategic
partnerships, investments, alliances and collaborations worldwide with specific
reference to IP issues. John Darling Jnr is involved with government and
commercial consultancy work and holds a Law Practising Certificate from The Law
Institute of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria in Australia. He is a Director of
VueStar Technologies Pte Ltd and the Australian Rainforest Foundation Ltd.

Giulio Cimetta – Non-Executive Director Giulio has been an accountant for over 20 years. After working in different
sectors, he became a partner in an accounting firm. He established his own
private practice in 1991 – specialising in providing tax, business and

Ian Gregory – Company Secretary Ian has over 25 years experience in company secretarial and business
