Q. How much CBD is in EuroMedica Hemp Oil and Hemp Oil + Curcumin?

A. We do not make claims regarding cannabidiol (CBD). The FDA has called out companies for making claims for CBD on their websites, labels, and literature. However, hemp and hemp oil remain legal. Hemp is one of the fastest growing categories in the health food market. We want to assure that patients who need this excellent herbal product continue to have access to high quality, full spectrum hemp oil. Therefore, we do not make claims regarding CBD.

Q. What is the difference between hemp oil and marijuana?

A. Hemp oil (from what is often called “industrial” or “commercial” hemp) and marijuana are not the same. While both are obtained from Cannabis sativa, they feature different ratios of key phytocompounds. The primary phytocompound in marijuana is THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is what people normally associate with the mind-altering effects of the plant. While industrial hemp contains almost no THC, it does contain many other compounds that are beneficial. By law, hemp oil must not contain more than 0.3% THC. Our products are thoroughly tested and documented to meet this requirement. That means that you and your patients can rest assured that Hemp Oil and Hemp Oil + Curcumin from EuroMedica are here for the long term.

Q. How much THC is in EuroMedica Hemp Oil and Hemp Oil + Curcumin?

A. Less than 0.3% THC.

Q. What is the omega-3 fatty acid content of Hemp Oil?

A. While plant omega-3 fatty acids occur naturally in hemp oil, we do not standardize for them in this supplement. Therefore, the amount may vary from batch to batch. Omega-3s are important to supporting healthy endocannabinoid function, however.* Since many individuals don’t consume a beneficial balance of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids due to the Western diet, you may consider recommending EurOmega-3® as a partner product to Hemp Oil or Hemp Oil + Curcumin.

Q. Is this the same BCM-95 Curcumin you use in your other products?

A. Yes. Hemp Oil + Curcumin contains the same clinically studied curcumin we use in CuraPro and Curaphen.
