rooms have in-room 2-person Jacuzzi tubs, and two rooms have hot tubs on private outdoor patios.

• Dining: Large dining room and entertainment area. Perfect for morning breakfast or gatherings and events for up to 50

people. Includes tables, chairs and place settings…everything you would need to entertain.

• Lounge: Comfortable lounge area with rock fireplace and a wine bar includes a small stage area for performances and

ceremonies.

• Wine & Beer License: Alcove adjacent to the lounge serves as a small wine & beer shop. Includes transferrable on/off

premises wine & beer license.

• Reception Area: Professional office and greeting area is set up with business furniture and equipment and includes a

professional phone system with lines set up in key areas with an adjacent lobby and guest bathroom.

• Meeting Space: Lower level can easily accommodate up to 25, including large screen TV & media equipment, with all

necessary furnishings including a dedicated bathroom and fireplace.

• Owner’s Apartment: One bedroom owner’s apartment with a wet bar and private bath located in the lower level.

• Laundry & Storage: Large laundry facility for property housekeeping only; five storage rooms on the lower level.

• Kitchen: Large commercial kitchen with reach-in and walk-in refrigeration. Complete with professional cookware and equipment. Complete set of cooking utensils and appliances, prep tables, knives, cooking sheets, and racks. A nearby

bathroom for staff and overflow guest use.

• Outdoor Spaces: Outdoor patio and event space situated in the front of the property. Includes tables, chairs, umbrellas,

and patio heaters. Patio also has a large gas fire pit to gather around.

• Outdoor Restaurant (Musekamp’s Grill & Pub): A fully enclosed outdoor commercial kitchen and bar. Seating for up to 25. Not fully winterized so is used for outdoor summer restaurant. Kitchen is designed to serve up to 50 diners at once.

Can turn tables 2-3 times during busy evenings.

• Lawn & Gazebo: Manicured lawn includes a gazebo that is often the site of small wedding ceremonies.

• Parking: Adjacent large parking is combination asphalt and grass and can hold 50 or more vehicles.

• Dates of Operation: The Bed and Breakfast is open year-round with room prices varying depending on the following

Black Forest Inn

SD Highway 385 provides good 2-lane, asphalt access to

and through the area and is the single-most popular north-

south traffic corridor, connecting Hot Springs in the southern

Black Hills with Deadwood/Lead in the north. Rimrock High-

way and Sheridan Lake Road provide convenient access

from the area to Rapid City.

The Black Forest Inn has been a noteworthy pres-

ence in the Black Hills since Bernice Musekamp

built it as a restaurant and bar over 60 years ago.
