Descriptionthe site extends to 1.10 acres and comprises two office buildings which will become surplus to requirements following the relocation of the existing occupier.

building 1 (no. 72) is the former lady and St Francis Secondary School, an a listed building of concrete frame construction which was built in 1964 and designed by renowned architect, jack coia. the building extends over 3 storeys and basement and includes a 2 storey projection to the rear. internally, the office is fitted out to a fair standard with cellular office accommodation. We understand that the floor area of the building extends to approximately 21,850 sq ft.
