Ripening hopper RWB 2205-1
Counterflow granule cooler GK19x19
Brief specifications and purpose of the equipment :
• Hammer mill 660/1000 – is designed for grinding of dry raw materials to the fraction less 4 mm, catching of metal inclusions. It’s completed by double screw feeder, mill power is 6 tones per hour. Installed capacity of driving gear is 160 kW. The number of hammers is 240 pieces. The number of sieves is 2 pieces.
• Automatic water metering system WD-GLI 15 – is designed for automatic metering installed amount of water by DCS operator (Digital Control System) into mixing screw before ripening hopper. The power is 25-315 liters per hour under pressure that makes up 3-10 bars.
• Mixing screw М 500 – is designed for prior moistening of the grinded dry raw materials before ripening hopper. The screw power is 6 tones per hours. Installed capacity of driving gear is 11 kW.
• Ripening hopper RWB 2205-1 – is designed for even mixing of moistened raw materials and giving them homogeneity by humidity. The volume of ripening hopper is 5, 5 m3. Installed capacity of driving gear is 9, 2 kW.
• Auxiliary water metering system (as required) is designed for moistening of the dry raw materials before loading into pelleting press in case of disrepair of basic moistening system..
• Dosing and mixing screw DM 400 – is designed for final moistening and feeding of grinded dry raw materials to pelleting press. The screw power is 6 tones per hour. Installed capacity of driving gear is 5, 5 kW.
• Pelleting press with flat die 60-1250 – is designed for forced compaction of grinded dry raw materials in canals of the die and forming of fuel granules according to the established quality. The power of pelleting press is 5 tones per hour. Installed capacity of driving gear is 400 kW.
• The number of chaser mills is 5 pieces. The oiling of pelleting press is carried out automatically.
• Electric hoist is designed for acceleration of dismantlement, adjusting and tuning operations of the die and chaser mills of pelleting press.
• Counterflow granule cooler GK19x19 – is designed for cooling, giving strength to granules, dust removal, further metered flow of granules to the vibrosieve.
• Vibrosieve for granules sifting – is designed for separation of fine particles and dust from fuel granules with further feeding of granules on transfer mechanisms.

Reason for sale:
It was purchased of 3 new lines from Kahl , two of them are located in
Ukraine at the Pellet-Energy project, one line is stored at the moment in
Lithuania and has not been installed due to lack of resources in the project
