Abilities: · Provide strong leadership to the Institute· Lead as a scholar and an academician having close familiarity with academic functions both classroom-teaching and research· Must be familiar with new technology trends in teaching through technology e-learning and distance learning· Experience of full executive, academic, administrative and financial operations at Institute level· Ability to launch new international initiatives and affiliate the school with international standard boards· Ability to attract, motivate and retain high quality faculty and administrators· Ability to manage active and effective communication with students, parents, general public and media, etc

Qualification and Experience:nd· Should have minimum 2 Class Masters degree/PhD (Preferred) with M.Ed or equivalent training/diploma from any

reputed HEC recognized University/Institute or an organization· Should have minimum 10 years experience in academic or administration with proven record of leadership· Candidates must possess proficiency in English and Computer Skills
