Workforce Availability Information Workforce Availability Information is published annually by the Economic Information & Analysis Division of the Illinois Department of Employment Security. The reports are designed specifically in accordance with Federal guidelines to assist employers in evaluating their utilization of women and minority workers for their Affirmative Action plans.
