faculty and students on the AICTE web portal for downloading Extension of Approval letter every year. Processing fee for

EOA will be waived during this period. However, It may be noted that though extension of approval is granted for 4 years, the

Council shall monitor for fulfillment of all norms by the Institute and in the event of non-fulfillment, the Council shall initiate penal

action as per regulations and the extended approval will be withdrawn and the institute need to remit the Processing Fee only for

EOA as per the Approval Process Handbook for the current Academic Year and subsequent years also.
