What is meant by Karl Barth’s saying: “When the sun rises, all candles will be snuffed out?” Christians differ regarding on the question of whether the miraculous (sign) gifts have ceased, but either way, most don’t use the argument that “perfect” refers to the canon of Scripture being complete anymore. Why? What is Paul referring to when he brings up “childish ways”? Living What are some of the implications of the idea, “Love never ends”? Brainstorm and meditate on the reality of this for our lives. Read 1 Corinthians 13:12; 2 Corinthians 3:9-18. What does he mean by “seeing in a mirror dimly”? Why are we so hungry to know love?
