If you have forgotten your password, please visit IDM Self Serve Portal https://myhelp.shoppersdrugmart.ca/idm/user/login.jsp and follow this Job Aid.
Go to the IDM Self Serve Portal login page.
STEP 1

If this is your first time logging in and you forgot your temporary password, please read the algorithm below to figure out your original temporary password.
Please skip to Step 1 if this does not apply.

First initial of your last name (*lower case) +
" - " (dash) +
Last digit of your birth year +
Two digits of your birth month +
Two digits of your birth day
For example, Shoppers Drug Mart employee Sarah Thomas was born on September 14, 1962
Passwords must adhere to the minimum requirements stated.
@ and # keys must not be used
The system requires a User to change their Temporary Password the first time they log in to IDM. Passwords should be kept safe and secure.
Answer the Authentication Question.

Input your new password, and re-enter to confirm.

This security question is randomly selected from the list of 5 Authentication Questions answered at first login. If you answer the question correctly, you will be redirected to change your password. If you answer the question incorrectly, another question will be randomly selected. If you answer that question incorrectly, a third question will be selected. If you answer the third question incorrectly, the system will lock your account. If your account is locked, please contact the IT Service Desk at 1-800-611-4736.
Click Change Password.
