Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC maintains aconstant speed which has been stored.The lowest speed that can be set is 12 mph(20 km/h).

You can change the set speed:

Using rocker switch2, you can change thespecified distance to the vehicle in front. Thespecified distance depends on the currentlydriven speed.If rocker switch4 is pressed upwards twice,Distance Assist DISTRONIC is activated with thespeed restriction displayed in the instrumentcluster.

X 1 mph step (1 km/h): Briefly press rockerswitch3 up or down.

X 5 mph step (10 km/h): Press rocker switch3 up or down beyond the pressure point.

Operating possibilities for climate controlYou can set automatic climate control using:• The rocker switches on control panel1 of thecenter console

• The air conditioning menu of the multimediasystem

Air-conditioning function bar2 shows the mostimportant settings and the status of the climatecontrol system.

Starting a dialogThe Voice Control System allows you tocomfortably operate the majority of themultimedia system's functions.

i If a mobile phone is connected to themultimedia system of the vehicle viaBluetooth® and you press and hold the?button, the mobile phone's voice controlfeature is activated.

Voice Control System help functions• General notes:Say the "Help Voice Control System" voicecommand.

• Help for the current function:Say the "Help" voice command.

• Help for a specific system:Say the voice command for the desiredsystem, e.g. "Help telephone".

ExamplesVoice commands for navigation• "Navigate to Woodward Avenue, Detroit"Starts route guidance to the named address.
