How will this Happen?
ICF has consolidated a pool of accredited coaches who have agreed to provide pro bono coaching services to students in their final year of business studies
The Coach uses a range of techniques and skills to assist the Coachee towards his/her personal development
ICF Suisse, upon demand, can organize an open mee/ng invi/ng prospec/ve students and faculty to an informa/on session where the programme can be explained.
Roles and Responsibili*es ICF Switzerland:
• ICFS agrees to provide the service by telephone and/or skype.
• To provide a pool of pro bono accredited coaches to students in their final year of business studies.
• The programme will provide a maximum of three coaching hours over a period not to exceed 6 months to each coachee.
• The Coach uses a range of techniques and skills to assist the Coachee towards his/her personal development.
• The Coach does not provide counselling, mentoring or therapy to the Coachee.
IOMBA
• IOMBA will organize an open mee/ng invi/ng prospec/ve students and faculty to an informa/on session where the programme will be explained • UNIGE will monitor registra/ons to this programme and will inform ICFS of any changes in the programme
Roles and Responsibili*es
The Coachees
• Interested coachees will be required to sign an agreement for one-‐to-‐one telephone/skype coaching service, outlining the individual coaching objec/ves.
• Coachees will give 48-‐hour no/ce in case of cancella/on as s/pulated in the cancella/on policy.
• Coachee is responsible for his or her own achievements and successes.
• The Coach acknowledges that he/she may obtain confiden/al personal and/or business informa/on from the Coachee and agrees to keep and maintain such informa/on confiden/al and not to disclose or use such informa/on without the Coachee’s prior wriQen consent.
• Anonymized general informa/on can be divulged to the sponsoring organiza/on to help shape overall provision of services. This ensures that the Coachee is not iden/fied, yet the future services and training provision can be planned.
