For parties of two or more guests, you may select our Beggars Banquet set menu. We welcomeparties to order a set menu for ease and speed of service. For parties of eight or more, ourBeggars Banquet set menu is mandatory. Any dietary requirements must be communicated tothe restaurant 24 hours in advance. Please note we cannot guarantee against allergic reactionsdue to cross contamination in a kitchen environment.

B O O K I N G D E P O S I T S

For groups of eight or more guests a $150 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Thedeposit will be deducted from your final bill.

By paying a $150 booking deposit, you personally agree to be responsible for your reservation.This includes any costs associated with the deposit, consumption/cash bar that are incurredduring the above reservation, in addition to any previously agreed beverage arrangementsand/or to reach the minimum spend as stated if and as required.

By paying the booking deposit, you understand, accept and agree to adhere to the policies,details and Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.

We will do our utmost to seat your group in your requested area, however we are unable toguarantee this. Please call us if you are running late as we will only hold your table for 30 minutes.

Please ensure you advise us if you are celebrating a special occasion, or have specific timingsyou would like us to adhere to and we will try and make this possible.

B I L L S / A C C O U N T S

All bills must be settled in full upon conclusion of the reservation and we do not split bills – onebill per table only. Credit card, cash and EFTPOS will be accepted as payment – cheques, or EFTwill not be accepted.

We are a fully licensed venue and therefore do not accept BYO. We do not allow alcoholicbeverages to leave the premise and we do not offer takeaways.

Forty Licks is family friendly. We are a fully licensed venue operating in accordance with theprinciples of Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws, which are Laws in NSW/QLD.Photo Proof of Age Identification will be required for entry. Patrons may be asked to show legalproof of age at any time.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and may not be seated atthe bar. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that no alcohol is consumed by /bought for the minor. We require minors to depart premises by 10.00pm.

In accordance with liquor licensing laws, the manager on duty is authorised to determine if aperson is a responsible adult.

C A N C E L L AT I O N P O L I C Y

If a booking is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, Forty Licks will retain the booking depositas the cancellation fee.

Other cancellation fees may apply and are subject to change over public holidays including NewYears Eve, New Years Day, Australia Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, ANZAC Day, Mother’s Day,Father’s Day, Melbourne Cup and Christmas Day.

Forty Licks actively promotes a Responsible Service of Alcohol. House policy prohibits us fromsupplying alcohol to an intoxicated patron. Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to enterForty Licks. Service of alcohol is at the discretion of the bar attendants, management andsecurity. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove any person from the Forty Lickspremises if the relevant venue manager believes the person is intoxicated or is behaving in aviolent or disorderly manner or is smoking outside of designated areas.

Forty Licks Management reserves the right to:1. grant or refuse entry;2. end the reservation at any time; and3. extend the hours of the reservation.
