• Travel Award Points (TAP) will be awarded for issued and placed business. Business that has lapsed or is canceled will reduce total points awarded.

• Travel Award Points (TAP) may be used only for qualificationfor Forward Strategies trips or conventions. Not redeemable forcash or other remuneration.

• Forward Strategies trips and conventions are by invitation only.

• Adult guest may not be another licensed agent unless it is yourspouse.

• Any outstanding debit balance must be settled prior to trip orconvention.

• Only one qualification per agent or general agent per trip orconvention.

• Travel Award Points (TAP) are not transferable or assignable.

• Your convention or trip begins from the nearest major airport asdetermined by Forward Strategies travel expert.

• This is a voluntary function and is a group convention;consequently, travel restrictions apply. A 1099 will be issued toall convention attendees for the fair market value of the trip.

• Only an officer of Forward Strategies may modifyqualifications and guidelines and it must be in writing.

• General Agent Qualification: General Agent may qualify by personal production or total agency production of five (5) times the agentqualification.

• Case Minimum: A minimum of four (4) cases is required withappropriate TAP.

• Business must be received and paid prior to the close of business onDecember 31, 2018.
