Message from the Board:We are honored to have been supporting and collaborating with the Fort Nisqually Living History Museum this past year. Both of our organizations are growing and striving to widen our outreach within our community.

This past year the Foundation was awarded grants to support summer Crafts of the Past program, signage recognizing the WPA Picnic Shelter’s historic value, and the addition of the new Fort smokehouse. We provided scholarships for over 560 students to visit the Fort and funds to supplement the Fort’s general operating expenses.

The generosity and philanthropic mindedness of our members, sponsors, donors and charitable foundations enabled us to continue to provide nancial support for the Fort’s programs and provide a unique hands on experience for all visitors to Fort Nisqually.

Thank you all for supporting us by coming to Foundation events and fundraisers. Your eorts help us make Fort Nisqually Living History Museum a successful and growing museum.
