Activity 2 Log Book

It’s 10 am on 30th August and Tracy’s computer monitor is not working. It won’t turn on when she presses the ‘on’ button. Tracy tries to solve the problem but she can’t so she calls in Brad from the computer service department. Brad fixes the monitor by replacing the ‘on’ switch. By 11 am the problem is fixed and Tracy can start work again. Now Tracy has to fill in the log book where computer faults are recorded. Fill in the log book for her using the above information.

Dropbox is a file hosting service. It allows users to create a special folder on each of their computers, which Dropbox then synchronizes so that it appears to be the same folder (with the same contents) regardless of which computer is used to view it.
