Program Mission
The Sales Trainee Program enables qualified high potential external candidates the opportunity to
accelerate their development by providing a rich and diverse set of experiences within the Sales
organization. This program is up to a six to nine month learning and development experience
designed for future sellers.
Career Track• Customized Program designed to provide
participants with an expertise in Sales
• Regional team of leaders oversees each participants individual development plan
• Upon graduation, candidates have the opportunity to move into a Site Relationship Manager, Account Manager I or II role
Trainee Development
• Participants gain exposure to the following areas:– Sales– Branch Services– Distribution Center– eBusiness
• Participants are assigned a mentor for the duration of the Program.
