To standardize work, make sure that a skill that people are using is being trained and performed the same way. Whether it be budgets, software limitations, time, or locations, you need to know what your limitations will be before delivering training. Trainings can be extremely time consuming and expensive if you don’t know how to assess when it’s beneficial.
Find out how much your problems are costing you. What would you gainif a training was made? How much would you profit? Do you want to hiresomeone in-house or out-of-house? Answering these will help you know what direction to take in finding your perfect solution.
