8.1 The latest information on record was placed.

8.2 It was decided to reject the application for raise in admission in view of following huge deficiencies -

on telephonic enquiry during the EC meeting on T.No. given in the SDF submitted by the institution, it was found that -

a) Mobile No. (No.9030111775) of Sri T. Ravi Kumar was wrong. On calling on college’s land line No., Sri Prakash, Asstt. Professor informed that

Sri T. Ravi Kumar is not working in their college.

b) Mobile No. (No.9176582475) of Sri T. Murali was not reachable.

c) Telephone No. (No.044-26503074) of Sri V. Natarajan did not exist.

d) Telephone No. (No.044-26447627) of Sri P. Balaji was taken by his father who informed that Sri P. Balaji is working in Industry – Sipcot.

8.3 It was further decided to seek explanation from the institution as to why action should not be initiated for withdrawal of approval for giving false

declaration to PCI.

8.4 On receipt of explanation, Principal be called to appear before PCI - PHC and Ethics Committee.

9.1 The latest information on record was placed.

9.2 It was decided to reject the application for raise in admission in view of following huge deficiencies -

a) Sri G. Naveen Kumar Reddy (Mobile No.9963404443) informed that he has not completed his Ph.D whereas SDF submitted by the institution

indicated that he is Ph.D. No record of academics / industrial experiences was indicated in SDF.

b) Sri K.S Kesawanarayanan (Mobile No.9444900257) informed that he is working in S.B. College of Pharmacy, Tamil Nadu.

c) Sri K. Ramesh (Mobile No.9290825840) is working in institute from February, 2013, whereas he is relieved from Industry in May, 2013 which is

contradictory. Further he is not eligible to be Associate Professor.

9.3 It was further decided to seek explanation from the institution as to why action should not be initiated for withdrawal of approval for giving false
