• FPT leveraging the culture and skill compatibilities among countries in ASEAN

to set up Delivery Centers will help to bring more jobs and improve the overall

competitiveness of ASEAN.

• Government-level support is a crucial foundation, espically with the

establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which enables a more

integrated ASEAN economy in various fields: finance, investment, trade, legal

framework and IT.

human resources in other countries outside Vietnam
