Start in the corner of your location and assem-

the last section of each leg of your island,

measure and cut the 4 length wall tracks to a

custom length module before assembly.

Custom Depth you can pre-cut the 4 end

like: 30, 28 or 24”. Note: you are responsible if

you cut it to short and your appliances do not

Dry Cut-Off Saw is the Safest and Easiest way to cut steel studs

and tracks. At Harbor Freight Tools they have a 6” for around $45

and a 14” the most popular size for around $90. Make sure to

also get a full face safety shield, leather gloves and the blade to cut

metal. Anyone can easily cut steel studs with this power too!

With any DIY Project you have to do some cutting. If you do a tile job you will need a tile cutter. If you do an electri-

cal job you will need wire cutters. If you want to build your own outdoor kitchen frame your going to need a chop

saw.

WARNING

A Full face shield and leather gloves should be worn when using a

chop saw. MAKE SURE NO FLAMMABLE ITEMS ARE CLOSE BY

THAT COULD IGNITE FROM HOT SPARKS, ESPECIALLY PROPANE

After 3 days from date of deliv-ery buyer agrees to waive all rights to any claims of damaged or missing parts. All claims must be made in writing, via email thru your online account. If you do not know how to log into your account to send an email please call our customer service dept at 800-277-9508. Only emails received within the 3 day period are eligible. Missing parts are sometimes on back order. All eligible missing or damaged parts are shipped via ground. We do not offer faster shipping. We are not responsible if you have hired contractors who are waiting to receive missing or replacement parts and buyer agrees that seller is not liable for these costs under any circumstances.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER Buyer has 24 hours after making purchase to cancel order. Once we begin packaging your order to ship it is too late to cancel as we have already invested time and labor to ship you the order. All orders for outdoor kitchens are different and require a lot of labor. If you cancel your order before it ships out buyer agrees to pay a 15% restocking fee. Once the order is picked up by the carrier it can not be cancelled. Please note that some drivers do not scan the packages when they put them in the truck and might not show up in the system until later in the day or even next day with some carriers.

RETURN POLICY All Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date, including weekends and holidays. After 14 days we can no longer accept returns. Buyer agrees to pay shipping both ways plus a 15% restocking fee on eligible and accepted returned items. Returns must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. We recommend if you send back appliances to insure them at the correct value in case of damage during return shipping. We can not give refunds for damaged return items even if the carrier damages the item(s). For damaged return items buyer will need to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of the item.
