● Define strategies for each energy generation system areas for district heating – enough heat demand
in specific area for economic operation of district heating
areas for using waste heat – assessment of existing waste heat potential (esp. in combination with district heating)
areas for other energy carries such as biomass, heat pump including solar energy
● Define a plan to set priorities of heat generation systems for specific areas in cities and municipalities
