UNIPROP Real Estate is a multi-franchise
organization and forms part of the UNICORP
Group. UNIPROP was founded by Irene Honiball,
a former business administrator (in multiple
industries), owner of various businesses and real
estate expert.
Irene is currently the managing director of
UNIPROP Real Estate and the CEO of UNICORP
Group.
After years of experience in various
fields, Irene and her team combined
all their expertise and came up with
a very effective recipe to create and
grow this successful business.
With it’s head office situated
in Gauteng, UNIPROP currently
service the Western Cape, Eastern
Cape, Mpumalanga and Gauteng,
expecting to expand to more provinces

Human Resources & Operations
We have a dedicated Human

department. This department
oversees that all company policies
are up to date, legal and fair. It
also takes care of several other HR
related issues such as Disputes in
the workplace, disciplinary actions,

Implementation
Your UNIPROP Real Estate franchise can be fully implemented and operational in as little as 3 weeks. A dedicated implementation specialist will be assigned to you when you purchase a UNIPROP Franchise .
Functions that your implementation specialist will provide includes the following:

Services & Supportb
IT is a very important part of an agents life. We therefore
have a dedicated IT helpdesk to respond to all day-to-day IT
related queries and issues from technical to social media
support.
UNISYS is UNIPROP Real Estate’s own in-house designed
intranet system where head office, franchisees and agents can
log in to perform various tasks and functions.

Information Technology –
Data Centreb
Our servers are securely hosted in Teraco, Africa's largest Data
Centre and a world-class hosting facility along with many of South
Africa's top companies. By using Teraco, we are able to deliver the
best possible performance to ensure our IT services remain online
and enjoy the fastest connections available.
Our servers have modern software and firewall applications that
keep data secure. We also employ strict security measures at both
software and hardware levels to ensure all data is kept clean and
safe. Data is backed up with separate servers weekly and monthly.
Knowing how important it is to have Information Technology
operational, we do whatever we can to keep our data online. Various
hardware and software monitoring capabilities are used and our pro-
active monitoring suite alerts us to hardware issues before they
become problematic. This allows us to take action immediately and
replace or repair peripherals. Our Network Monitoring keeps our
support centre in the loop 24/7 regarding any network degradation
to resolve problems as they arise and before they cause any major
network issues.

Training is an essential role at UNIPROP Real Estate. Agents
and franchisees receives updated online courses via UNISYS
and skills are regularly checked on a biannual basis to ensure
the entire UNIPROP team provide quality service to the public.
One on one sessions are held with franchisees at least every 3
months to ensure effective communication between head
office and franchises.
Training
Marius Honiball has extensive experience in
the real estate industry and founded The
Estate Agency Training Academy (TEATA) in
2004 as well as Principal Online
(www.principalonline.co.za). He has since
trained hundreds of estate agents and helped
them pass the prescribed Board exam.
Except for being on UNIPROP Real Estate’s
board of directors, Marius is also a facilitator
and trainer for the NQF4 real estate
qualification, the mandatory internship and
educational requirement for all estate agents
already practicing in the property industry
