Franklin Bryant Floor Technician/Housekeeper Bethlehem Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation Although Frankie is a very quiet, soft-spoken gentleman who aggressively does his job as a floor technician and housekeeper, EVERYONE knows him. That’s because for the past seven years Frankie has been riding his bicycle to work and is seen throughout the facility performing numerous tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, using the carpet cleaning machine, helping residents get to the dining room, taking the trash to the dumpster and filling residents’ bird feeders. And he does it all with a positive attitude. When asked about Frankie’s work ethic, his supervisor said, he is a worker. When he’s off work, you will find Frankie doing odd jobs for people who need help. He’s painting their house, cleaning out their gutters or raking their leaves. Staff calls Frankie one of the most giving, generous people they know. Frankie moved to Fort Wayne from Buffalo, New York to take care of his grandmother. In his spare time, he likes watching the Buffalo Bills and L.A. Lakers. When asked why he does what he does, he said: “I feel good when I work with seniors. I like helping them.” ASCSeniorCare.com
