Hey Everyone! Welcome to my walkthrough for

NANCY DREW: TRAIL OF THE TWISTER!

(THIS WALKTHROUGH WAS MADE FOR JUNIOR MODE)

DAY 1!

To begin… you start off by seeing a twister right outside the farmhouse! After the twister disappears you as Nancy clear away the debris from the front step. Nancy finds a sliver box and inside it is MONEY! You go inside to find a note. Everyone is

gone out tracking a storm, so you get to do some things:

1. Introduce yourself to Pa (you can do this at a later time)2. Take the computer Twister quiz3. Do Debbie`s filing

First we will start with the tornado quiz!Go down to the basement and to the laptop.

Now on to the Filing!Debbie leaves Instructions for us on how they are to be put in.

After you put them in order just put the files in the correct slot. After all files are gone pick up the Koko Kringle wrapper and throw it away. When

you throw the wrapper away you need to pick up the corn receipt. (Someone must have been purposely placing the corn!)

After you have done this and back away. Nancy should see a mouse, and then you hear the team arriving you hear Debbie call to you and sends you

to Scott. Talk to Scott and he should give you 2 jobs to do, The Sample Disaster Kit and Rearrange the siren chart. But before you go to do that talk

to Debbie, She tells you to fix the sprinklers. But First drive out to Ma `n Pa`s to get the stuff you need for the disaster kit.

Things you need for the kit are:Bleach

ToothpasteGranola Bars

WaterSugarSalt

Flash LightBatteries

Can Opener Duct Tape

(You need to get all these within the budget*pay attention to sales*)When you get back to the farm house go to the basement and put these into the kit. Once you do Frosty will talk to you. Talk with him then head

outside to the sprinkler system that you have to fix.The finished sprinkler pumps should look like this:

Now time to go inside to help rearrange the siren chart. The finished chart should look like this:

After you finish this puzzle go outside to the barn. Debbie will say she is going to hit the sack or something like that and that you should too. But first go to the barn to meet chase. When you go out to the barn Chase

immediately calls you over to help out with the car he is fixing. He wants you to fix the LED display. The finished LED display should look like this:

After doing this puzzle you get to talk to chase. He gives you a way to earn Pa pennies. It’s over on the workbench. He also tells you about the old

intern Pete and he tells you about what was wrong on his car. You can look on the workbench to see that mice didn’t chew it like he said but it looks as if someone cut it! The way to earn money is by fixing balloon circuit boards. This is not that difficult to figure out what to do. Read the instructions and if you don’t understand it that way call the hardy boys they can help too.

Now after your done doing what you need in the Barn go back to the house and go up the stairs for bed.

DAY 2!Debbie tells you that the storm knocked around the sensors in the corn

field. She wants you to fix them. She also tells you to go out with frosty to capture some cloud photos. So let’s start with the sensors!

Here is how it should look:

After you complete this you overhear Debbie and Frosty talking about Scott in a not so nice way. And after you here them you get a call from

Krolmeister. After your call with Krolmeister hop into a car with frosty to go

snap some photos! (You may not get every photo the first time out but keep the look out all the time because you get a reward for capturing all

the clouds) After you drive around for a bit and get a few photos drive back to the house and put the photos on the computer in the basement. Once

you have done this. You go upstairs and to bed, get ready for day 3!In the middle of the night Nancy gets woken up with weather sirens! She goes down stairs and the powers out! She hears the door open and close and turns to see someone at the table! Who? A flash of lighting and they are gone! Nancy decides to wait until morning to find out what was going

on and heads to the cellar. DAY 3!

In the morning Debbie tells you to meet with Scott right away. And she tells you to move the prairie dogs to a new location. So first on our list is to go

see Scott and what he wants you to do is remove the mice! So you have to get the mouse trap at Pa`s (and some cheese at the candy corner) BEFORE

you leave to go anywhere read the papers on the table. Is that what the person was looking at? Now head to see Chase to get the vacuum he made to catch the prairie. But the hose is too small so you have to go to Pa`s to

get a new one. Do that means one trip to Ma `n Pa`s!*To get the tube you need to redesign the candy display

*To get the mouse trap you need to update the fujita scaleFIRST the Tube!

When you finish this you hear Pa talk to some woman named Brooke. She asks many questions about the team. Only to find out that she is from the rival team! We also learn that Scott comes in asking about her too! Talk to

Pa and grab the mouse trap. You can also talk to him about other things after you get the trap. But before we go we need some Pa pennies so how about some LAND RUSH! If you reach level 4 there is a cheat to if you click

one square and back away you win a lot of coins! After you win enough pennies for the cheese go buy it and head back to the farmhouse so we can

catch some mice and save some Prairie dogs!FIRST the prairie dogs!

The Prairie dogs are over by the sprinklers and cornfield. But before we go rescue them we have to give the hose to chase so into the barn to get the vacuum! After you get the vacuum head over to the prairie dogs to rescue them, the trick to catch them is to try and get as many prairie dogs from

one suction, you do not want to stick the tube into an empty hole or they will run away. It takes patience and concentration to get past this. Once you

have captured all of the Prairie dogs go to the other side of the barn to let them free. After you set them free look at the flowerbed and notice

another silver box! After you pick it up and read it head into the barn and give the vacuum back to Chase and head inside to help get rid of the mice!

The trap is not hard to use you can move the center to change the direction the mice go. And click to block them from leaving. Do that until all mice are captured. Scott will tell you to set them free far away from the farm. So drive out to the spring house and let them out there. Once you have let them go drive back to the farmhouse. Talk to Debbie she will tell you about the storm get in frosty`s car and head out to viewpoint. You will need to fix his video camera once you arrive. It should look like this when completed:

He claims it didn’t record and blames you. It brings you back to the farmhouse and to Scott. He blames you as well and says to call it a day. So

upstairs for you and get ready for a new day!

DAY 4!Debbie tells you to go to the Antennas to see what’s up and to go visit

chase after you go there. When you get there you discover that the wind knocked some pieces off. So you have to put the pieces back on. Once you

do Nancy sees a key. Pick it up and she says it must belong to a team member. Then all of the sudden you get trapped in a storm! Nancy gets in

the car and her GPS goes haywire! (Didn’t Debbie say Chase just fixed them?) The GPS is trying to lead you into a storm! Don’t listen to the GPS and find your way to the farmhouse. Talk to Chase in the barn. He wants

you to help with the transmission. It should look like this:

Once you finish Chase needs you to give something to Scott. Before you take it to Scott finish talking with Chase, bring up your GPS.after you are

done talking head inside and see Scott. When you are talking to Scott you hear a very high pitched girlish scream come from the basement. Frosty? Head down to see what’s wrong. As you are heading down an even more

girly scream from frosty is heard. When you see frosty he is screaming about mice. So it looks like you have more mice catching. So head down to

Ma `n Pa`s to get cheese. After you do head back to the farm and catch some mice! Then you will have to release the mice into the springhouse.

Talk to Debbie she will tell you to trap her mice! So if you don’t have cheese go get some (get some extra for an Easter egg)

To get the Easter egg here leave cheese for the mice at the spring house before you go get Debbie`s mice so when you come back the egg is there.After you catch Debbie`s mice head to the springhouse (If you left cheese

you will see this):

The Mice left you an egg! Take it and let the mice go and head back to the farmhouse. When you get back look at the table and watch the camera on the table. Nothing but voice! But didn’t we fix it? Go confront Frosty, and

after he is done blaming you he will ask you to go give Chase his Mp3 player

back. When you go to the barn you hear Chase talking to himself. You peek inside and he is talking about oil that won’t come off his boots.

After hearing this walk inside to return the Mp3 to him. Talk to him about Frosty and Debbie then go back inside and head upstairs.

DAY 5!Debbie says we are going to catch a storm! Oh until Scotts phone jack flies off due to lightning... so guess what we get to fix? Go into Scott’s office and

fix the phone jack:

This puzzle is not very hard to do just go around connecting all the spots and you will be done in no time. After you back away you hear a muffled conversation. Go to Scotts Desk and pick up his phone earpiece. Scott is talking to Brooke! The other leader of the opposite team! What are they

planning? After you hear their conversation use the key we found and unlock Scott’s desk. Read the paper. Also as you are heading out the door

look to the table where the mice were under. Find this:

Pick it up and what is it?

A knife with coolant on it! Did Scott sabotage the car that the intern Pete was in?

Well leave Scott’s office and go to the barn see what the deal with Chase and his boots was.

Did he step in oil? Or did he create the holes with the oil? Leave the barn and get a call from Pa. he has a mouse problem. Go help him out.

After you catch the mice take them to the spring house. What’s that? The divining rod missing from Ma `n Pa`s? Drive back to Ma `n Pa`s take the

divining rod to Pa and then it’s time to get another Easter egg! (With the Pa Penny Cheat!)

After you place the rod back like Pa tells you to head over to land rush.Click on level 4 and then click on one square and back away don’t hit any others. You will get tons of coins. Keep doing it until Nancy can’t get any

more Pa pennies. Once you reach 9999 Pennies buy the Mystery box.

You will get these:

Take the LEPUS ORYX coin to the Jackalope Scene. Put the coin in and watch the scene and an Easter egg will pop out with the coin.

After getting the egg head back over to the farm house.Once you arrive talk to Debbie. It’s TV fixing time!

BLUEAfter you fix all 3, what do you see? The footage from Frosty`s Camera! Go down into the cellar and confront him. He tells you what’s been going on

and tells you good pictures for clouds are around right now so head out for some cloud pictures! After catching some pictures put them on the

computer and then head up to bed. Debbie will tell you that you are going to track a storm! You drive with her and Scott. Drive to viewpoint and once

you get there you will have to fix the switches flip the switches one in a group and hit the button you will have to switch some up before you can

get them all down. A helpful way to do this is by numbering the top row 1-6 and the bottom 7-

11.

1, 4 and 5. 7, 9 and 11. 2, 3 and 11.

Then it will go out so you have to fix the cables.

Looks like we are out too early. So it takes you back to the farm house. Go talk to Debbie she will tell you Scott is missing. Go into his office and look at

his drawer a paper is halfway sticking out. Use the key to open it. Read it and follow the instructions. Head down to the basement to read the

surface charts. The weather key:

The dates you need are:March- 3, 8, 18, 21, 26April- 3, 6, 10, 23, 29

May- 6, 12 Go up to the office and click the calendar so the paper reads:

And go back to the basement and to the computer to look at the gallery. Click through photos and notice that all of these have a windmill. That must be where the two are meeting! Go tell Debbie and go find Scott! Drive out to the windmill and you see Scott, confront him. He knocks you out just as

he senses a tornado forming. When you wake up you here Debbie Radioing you. Get into the car to answer her. She tells you to drive out to the grange, to help everyone evacuate. Once you open the first you find a second spot with a bunch of different keys. Use the 4th from the left key in the top row

to unlock it. Click the doors once inside you wait until the worst is over and Nancy leaves to chase after the culprit. Chase him around until he stops at the spring house you will see a scene and Scott out onto the side you have

to take him into the spring house. Use the crowbar to tear off the wood and get inside. VOILA! You finished the game!
