Greetings Family and Friends,

Here in Eastern Kentucky at Freedom Center, we had an amazing spring good and bad: rain, rock slides,

beautiful blossoms, and volunteer missionaries from NC, VA, and many from SC.

Robin is excited to see her SC home church on schedule for spring missions. She tells her story of a new

life in salvation; as she shares about Jesus and teachers that gave her life direction. Ashley River BC,

Charleston, SC have been a full circle in our lives. Their obedient service to the Lord has blessed many

local folks and FCM...us included through the years!

This spring while Robin was in Bible College, George coached the Green Frogs basketball team to a

second undefeated championship. The name Frog comes from Fully Rely on God. He taught about God’s

love and some basketball skills. The players were very excited!

We ended our Game Day 180 Season with some exciting Championship games! Wow! The Green Team

and Blue Team fought hard all the way to the end for 1st and 2nd Place! The Green Team came out on

top.

Tri-City Little League! On Opening Day many came out for a day of fun, food, and Baseball! We had

Prayer, the U.S. was Flag raised, and our National Anthem was sung, then the games started... Play Ball!

After the ceremony, l leaned against the fence to watch the team’s warmup and I thought of my own

Little League days. Just before game time, the Orioles Coach called the team in, he gathered them

together in front of me and asked me to pray. I wondered why he asked me to pray, there were other

folks around. I remembered that morning asking the Lord to use me...and He did. As the games played, I

notice several of the boys that I coached in basketball. They were excited to see me at their game.

The Hope for Appalachia Missionaries were on the move in Eastern Kentucky and West Virginia. We

want to thank missionaries all over Virginia and North Carolina who helped us prepare for this Gospel

sharing trip! We could not share the love of Jesus without your faithfulness! These volunteer

missionaries went into 60 schools in 13 less privileged counties: they shared the gospel with 25,000

students and their teachers, each one received a box of Hope along with love. Hundreds of these

precious children prayed to receive Jesus as Savior. Freedom Center Ministries thank you, for your

generous giving and obedient hearts! Also, FBC Salisbury, NC served at Cumberland Missionary BC

Wednesday night prayer service and provided much assistance at FCM. We all are the hands and feet of

Christ!
