Efficiency of a handling module How do you improve the performance of an existing system? How do you create a new system to be more efficient? “Eliminate the bottlenecks“ might be one answer. “Production time up, transport time down“ maybe another. By replacing for instance, slow pneumatic pick-and-place units with new more intelligent equipment like the high speed directly driven HP handling units from WEISS.
Pre-configured and ready to run. The HP handling device is supplied complete with easy to install plug together modules.
On request, the following optional accessories are available:• Integrated pneumatic values• Tool-connector providing electrical and pneumatic supply to gripper. • Individual automatic greasing modules pneumatically operated with replaceable canisters for maintenance free running.

Results for the full cycle from A to B and back:

WAS – WEISS Application Software
In addition to the basic functions for start-up, WAS – Weiss Application Software also gives you easy access to various options offered by the drive control. The Windows PC for parameterization is connect-ed via RS232 or Ethernet to the control system.
