Chocolate Chip CookiesEnjoy fresh from the oven!3/4 cup butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar1 egg1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats3/4 cup coconut1/4 cup wheat germ1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream butter, sugars, and egg together. Add flour, oats, coconut, wheat germ, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 350˚F oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 36 cookies.
