· Delivery + set-up fees are based on order size and destination. Fees start at $25.00

· Our menu prices include disposables and “greenware”.

· Please call us for other “no-waste” and “green” presentation ideas.

· Orders are considered confirmed upon customer-signed receipt of invoice/proposal.

· Customer must review and approve proposals for accuracy; we are not responsible.

· Confirmed yet cancelled orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

· Payment is due upon receipt.

· Larger functions are subject to a 50% deposit with signed proposal; deposits are non-refundable

· We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary.

· prices are subject to change.

· Orders are processed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

· Any orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed on Monday.

· All orders must be placed by noon of the day prior.

· minimum order for delivery is $150.00 (excluding tax + delivery). Smaller orders are available for pick up from our West Loop location Monday - Friday.

· Deliveries are made to the Loop and River North only.

· minimum order for weekend events is $1,000.00 and available as delivery only.

· Late orders are accepted at the discretion of the kitchen and a rush order Fee may be applied.
