•Fresh Technologies is an English orginated company formed by the crew who developed the

highest quaility MAP technology in the world markets. This crew has created a new technology,

which will open a new era in packing technologies.

What’s Modified Atmoshpere ??? Modified Atmosphere Technology has started in the 80’s by releasing gases into the

packages but due to differancets between the artificial enviroment which is created and the

enviroment outside the package, fruit released itself and got rotten within the 6 hours of

leaving the artificial enviroment.

When it came to 2000s instead of creating an artificial enviroment in the package, creating

the natural enviroment in the package was chosen and by opening micro pores on the

package the Carbondioxide and Oxygen levels in the package was modified according to

the atmoshpere outside the package.

MAP system with the micropores was a revolution for exporters but due to the unknown

reasons exporters cant get the continutiy from MAP plastic bags and sometimes they

observe problems with the products even though they put the produckts in a bag. This is

because pore system is designed for ideal enviromental conditions. They are not durable

against any change in enviromental conditions such as heat, humidity… etc.

the product to get rotten.
