Enjoy a variety of food stalls, entertainment and fun for all the family at Twilight Food Fair in Civic Park, North Sydney, every Friday night between 5.30pm and 9pm until 2 March (excluding 22 December, 29 December and 26 January).

Get into the Christmas spirit with Carols under the Bridge – a free community event featuring carols, camels, children’s activities, sport, delicious food and a nativity play in Bradfield Park, Milsons Point, on Saturday 9 December.
Now in its 13th year, Carols under the Bridge brings the whole community together to celebrate the Christmas season.
From 5.30pm, children will be able to take photos with the nativity animals in Bradfield Park, while the whole family can enjoy a variety of activities and sports games or try out a delicious dish from one of the many food stalls on offer.
At 7pm, the nativity play and Christmas carols will begin, with members of the community encouraged to sing along.
This is a community event organised by Church by the Bridge, supported by North Sydney Council.

NORTH S YDNE Y CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL 2017 To celebrate Children’s Week, North Sydney Council is holding a week-long extravaganza of creative workshops across the North Sydney Local Government Area, culminating with the Children’s Festival on Saturday 28 October.
Kicking off on 21 October, all workshops explore the theme of Art Meets Science and are a new addition to Children’s Week.
Suitable for children aged between three and 12 years, the workshops include shadow puppetry, papermaking, pinhole cameras, origami and body percussion.
The workshops wrap up on Saturday 28 October with a celebration of childhood and fun for all the family at the Children’s Festival in Civic Park between 10am and 2pm.
Throughout the festivities, primary school children’s art will be on display in A Window to the Future exhibition at the inTransit Art Space in Council Chambers.
