The 2016 Disney Connection is your go-to resource for family fun and memory making. Designed for Golden Oak residents to create a magical Walt Disney World® Resort experience, the Disney Connection features the Golden Oak Resident Pass, concierge-style resident services and in-park and resort offerings. Many are included in membership in the Golden Oak Club, while others are available for an additional fee. The Golden Oak Club is a private social and recreational club for the enjoyment of its members and their guests. Each homeowner of Golden Oak is required to be a member of the Club.

All of the enclosed elements, offers, amenities, entitlements, benefits, privileges and services which comprise the 2016 Disney Connection are valid until and expire on December 31, 2016 (except that passes, tickets and offers related specifically to the Golden Oak Resident Pass will be valid for any specified time periods provided). An updated and revised Disney Connection will be available to all Golden Oak Residents on January 1, 2017. Golden Oak Development, LLC and its affiliates make no commitment that the elements, offers, amenities, entitlements, benefits, privileges and services which comprise the 2016 Disney Connection will be included in the updated and revised Disney Connection.

As a Golden Oak resident, Disney’s renowned guest service culture can be part of your everyday life. Our dedicated Resident Services team uses a concierge-style approach to help assist with select personal, residential and resort requests. The team is available to Golden Oak residents as a benefit of Club membership. Many of the services for which the team will provide assistance are included in membership in the Golden Oak Club, while others are available for an additional fee.

Park Transportation.Enjoy the exceptional convenience of park transportation around Walt Disney World® Resort, right to any one of the four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks. The complimentary shuttle and mini-coach service is dedicated to Golden Oak residents along with their guests. Drop-off locations around Walt Disney World® Resort include the following:

Resident Events.The beautiful and well-appointed Summerhouse, the private clubhouse at Golden Oak, shines as the centerpiece of community activities and events. Throughout the year, Summerhouse hosts a signature array of social, recreational and Park experiences at Golden Oak, Walt Disney World® Resort, and beyond for residents to enjoy as a group with family, friends and neighbors. These don’t-miss occasions – often with a special theme or seasonal focus – are creatively selected and arranged by the Resident Services team to showcase popular attractions, hidden treasures and magical new offerings. Some resident events are included in membership in the Golden Oak Club, while others are available for an additional fee.

Merchandise Delivery. For your convenience, purchases made in the Walt Disney World® Resort Parks or Disney SpringsTM can be delivered at no additional fee to Summerhouse at Golden Oak.

In-Park and Other Walt Disney World® Resort Offerings

Golf Services.You and up to three guests may play at any Walt Disney World® golf course9 (Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course, Disney’s Palm Golf Course, Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course and Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course) at discounted rates.10 Included complimentary for you and your guests are:

• Use of rental clubs and rental shoes

• Golf bag storage for up to seven consecutive days at any of the two Walt Disney World® Golf clubhouses and golf bag transfers, overnight, from any Walt Disney World® course to any other Walt Disney World® course

• Club cleaning

Residents can also attend individualized instructional clinics at the above-mentioned golf courses for an additional fee.11

Walt Disney World® Golf Players Club.You are eligible for membership in the Players Club for a fee. Each Players Club member enjoys the following:

• Unlimited range practice, including range balls, seven days a week

• No greens fees at specified afternoon Players Club access times12

• Bring up to three guests during the Players Club access times at the applicable guest rate

• Up to three day advance reservations for Players Club access tee times

• Instructional clinics13

• Add up to two additional family members to the Players Club for an additional fee. Each family member that becomes a member of the Players Club may bring up to three guests at the applicable guest rate.
