Established in 1978, the Friends of the Library are a group of advocates and volunteers who love the St. Charles City-County Library. They invest in the success of our community by supporting and helping to fund library programs, services, and amenities for customers of all ages.
For your convenience, Friends memberships may be purchased ONLINE or by MAIL and are valid for one year. You will receive your membership materials by mail within a few weeks.
