Officer, Yamuna Nagar now Principal GSSS Gumthala Rao (Y.Nagar) wasplaced under suspension vide order No. 15/34-2007 Admn. Pry. (4) dated31.12.2007. He was reinstated vide order No. 5/2-2008 HRG-I (1) dated26.03.2008 without prejudice to the disciplinary action pending againsthim. He was charge sheeted under rule-7 vide order No. 5/2-2008 HRG-I(1) dated 05.12.2008. He submitted his reply to the charge sheet on16.03.2009. After going through the charge sheet, reply, enquiry report ofenquiry officer and his representation, punishment of stoppage of oneannual increment with cumulative effect was imposed upon him videorder No. 5/2-2008 HRG-I (1) dated 07.12.2011. Since the charges havebeen proved against him, therefore, his suspension period from31.12.2007 to 25.03.2008 is hereby treated as leave of the kind due.
