Schools and universities decide what they are going to teach.
The Common European Framework is an exam. The Bologna Process has nothing to do with
Turkey. CLIL is a new ELT method. British people don’t need to learn other
languages. We teach British or American English. ELT is an academic discipline. If my children finish university, they will get
good jobs. None of this affects me
