CIRPA Collective Intelligence Robotic Process Automation: LEAN COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE
By COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE PROJECTS.
Succeeding in any digital transformation initiative requires engaged all stakeholders. With firms across geographies and industries now focused on harnessing robotic process automation and capturing its well-documented benefits, businesses recognize the need to keep all stakeholders (collective intelligence) at the core of their change efforts. Deploying Collective Intelligence Robotic Process Automation (CIRPA) is a multifaceted task that must not be taken lightly.
Ultimately, ensuring that all stakeholders (from customers, employees, providers, distributors, shareholders…) are engaged and happy enables organizations to capitalize on the transformative potential of CIRPA.

ALIGNING ROBOTICS TO PROCESSES
Most RPA projects start with an assessment of processes to be considered for automation. This is followed by an analysis of business processes and training of the robots to execute the process. Within 6 – 8 weeks, we are usually able to create a pilot process to demonstrate the benefits of RPA.
When is RPA relevant? How do you execute an RPA Project? What are RPA’s benefits?
Highly manual / Time consuming
High volume
Discovery Assessment
Solutioning Development TestingAverage handling times reduced
No downtimes
Processing costs reduced
Payback in 3 months
Rule based/No human judgement
Low exception volume
Digital trigger & structure digital data
At least 2 different systems
Not frequent changes in process steps & rules
High like lihood of human error
Human errors eliminated
Refocus of staff on customer service
Quick implementation
Re-usable process elements
Emulates human execution of
repetitive processes with
existing applications
Robots are a virtual workforce controlled by the

What is CI Robotic Process Automation (CIRPA)?TRANSITION FROM RPA ARCHITECTURE TO CIRPA PROCESSES
RPA is a feature of intelligent process automation (IPA) that describes logic driven robots executing pre-programmed rules on mostly structured data. CIRPA takes productivity optimization to the next level by redefining work and reassigning employees to execute higher-value activities. Process bots are capable of independently performing simple human-like functions such as interpreting, deciding, acting and learning.
