From the Home page you will click on Citizen Self Service

On this page you will select “Register”

On this page you are registering for an online account by creating a username and password. Complete the form and then hit “Save”

Click on Start Request

On this page, you will fill out all of the requested information. All boxes must be filled out to continue.

not available, select the next available date. You will get an “Additional Information” box after you select your date and there you can request your desired date.)

This is the page that pops up after you select your date.

1. Additional information must have something in it. If you are not changing your date and having nothing else to add, type in NA for not applicable.

2. If your home is a new build, carts will be ordered for you so put 0 for number of poly-carts. If your home is not a new build, please indicate how many carts are PRESENT at the home.

3. At the bottom, you are asked to Attach one or more documents. You will be required to upload a copy of the primary account holders drivers license in a PDF format.(If you are an entity, please upload a copy of your W-9).

4. When finished, click continue twice to proceed to the last screen.

This is the final screen for your request. Here you will just verify all the information is correct and then click Submit.

Once you receive this screen, your request has been submitted. Please make note of your request number in case you have questions later.

If your request is for new service, once your request has been processed you will receive an email giving you a welcome packet and your account number and CID number. You will then be able to link your utility account to your online account.
