In all K- 2 classes each student will have a Reading Egg and Math Seed online learning platform and in all 3-6 classes each student will have a Reading Express and Mathletics online learning platform. These learning tools are a fantastic way of engaging and supporting the continual improvement of all students, they are also able to be used at home. District Swimming Carnival Congratulations to the District Swimming team who competed at Macksville last week. I was pleased to hear about our students successfully demonstrating sportsmanship, striving to achieve and encouraging all competitors. We have a large number of students qualifying for Mid North Coast Carnival, I look forward to hearing the results and wish them luck in the upcoming carnival. Volunteers Do you volunteer at Bellingen Public School? All volunteers need to complete a Volunteer application together with appropriatate volunteer appendicies and provide 100 points of identification. A Working With Children check is only required for overnight excursions or if you do not have a student relative at this school. All volunteers need to sign in at the office or other designated sign on site and collect a visitor/volunteer badge. Please see the office for more information. School Banking Our School Banking day is Wednesday. 2020 Treetop Savers Rewards We're excited to share that the new School Banking theme for 2020 is Treetop Savers. We've developed a new range of rewards designed to appeal to all ages. In response to your feedback in the Customer Experience Surveys, we've made this year's rewards more eco-friendly and sustainable. All rewards are reusable and packaged using sustainably sourced paper.

Excursion Budgeting Excursions can be paid off weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as it suits your family budget. Year 4 Cascade excursion March, Mon 23rd – Wed 25th @ $155 at approx 2 school weeks $77/ week. If you are experiencing difficulty in paying for any school expenses please do not hestitate to contact the school on 6655 1147. Uniform Shop The Uniform Shop will be open on Monday's and Friday's from 8:40 am to 9:30 am. Please note orders can be completed and left at the office. The Uniform Shop accepts cash and cheque only. Phone Policy Bellingen Public School requires all students to hand in Mobile phones, iPads, iPods, portable electronic games, cameras and similar devices to the office at the beginning of the day.
