Founded in 1976, Frostees India Pvt. Ltd. has grown to its current position as one of the largest
Automobile Dealerships in Eastern India. This company belongs from a group of companies, namely “KARINI”. The company has the strength of over 600 employees with a turnover of more than Rs. 350
crores per annum. It has a diversified business portfolio comprising of Automobile dealerships, Spare
Parts distributorship and Education ventures. Apart from this, the group operates Fast Food and
Restaurants.
Automobile Dealership:
This company operates Dealerships of Hyundai Motors India Ltd under the trade name "Mukesh
Hyundai" at Kolkata and Guwahati, Two Wheeler Dealership of Triumph Motorcycle India Ltd. under
the trade name “Mukesh Triumph” for entire Eastern India. Apart from Frostees, the group imparts in Dealership of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. under the trade name of "Royal Motors" at Kolkata and 5 Districts of West Bengal. Also included Automobile Dealership of Ford India Pvt. Ltd. under the trade name of "Kaikan
Ford" at Kolkata & Howrah. Very recently we have launched a new automobile dealership of “MG (Morris
Garages) Motor India” at Assam. All dealerships have won numerous awards in Sales and Service over
the years.

Spare Parts Distributorships:
Frostees has Spare Parts Distributorship of Mobis India Ltd. under the trade name “Mukesh
Automotive” in Kolkata and “Mukesh & Sons” in Guwahati catering to the whole of Eastern India for
distribution of Hyundai parts.
Fast-Food Restaurants:
The group has franchise of restaurant brands like ‘Subway’ in Kolkata and ‘Pizza Hut’ in Guwahati.
Also having our own brand called ‘Foodies World’ and ‘Oriental Bistro’ in Guwahati as well.

Frostees ventured into imparting education and skill development since 2008 under the brand name of
Mukesh Training Academy (MTA). MTA is envisioned as an integrated Technical, and Vocational
Training and Development Institute, addressing the entire spectrum of employability needs in India in the technical sphere. We also provide vocational training courses for B.Tech and Diploma Engineering
students in the field of Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and Civil.

Synopsis of the Project:
Tribal’ are considered to be the most backward and deprived section of the Indian society. Socio-economic
development of these tribal people has been neglected from British period to the present age of globalization. In the
era of development and globalization they still face the problems of illiteracy, vicious poverty, ill health, poor livelihood and low income which force them to live in primitive conditions. Purulia, Bankra and Jhargram are one of
the most backward tribal districts in the country.
So, Frostees India Private Limited aim is to provide those tribes a better livelihood.As a renowned name in skill echo system in India continuously working for the socio economic development in the underdeveloped tribal districts of
West Bengal ie Jhargram, Bankura & Purulia for last 5 years. We intend to create employment opportunities for the
Tribal unemployed youths in the state through skill development and livelihood.

Description
With the successful industry aligned courses Frostees India Pvt. Ltd is full filling the gap between market demand and
industry ready manpower. Since 2008 Frostees is working on Skill Development program. Now as per the research
work Frostees basically concentrating in tribal development. In the previous year we have successfully trained and
placed more that 5000 students through the skill development program.
Frostees is a NSDC approved and other Sector Skill Council affiliated training provider. Frostees impart

skill development training program in the NSDC approved SMART Center. All the SMART centers are fully
equipped as per the Course Curriculum and we maintain all the protocol related to the training implementation.
As a training Provider our focus is to train 500-1000 beneficiaries.
We implement skill development project with the help of Central and State govt. Frostees is running this skill projects
in 7 states like West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Jharkhand, Odisha, UP and Kerala and the projects are DDU-GKY, PKVY, DDU-KK, NULM,SCST,TDCC etc.
Frostees expertise in Automotive Sector Training apart from that we do training in Tourism and Hospitality, Retail,
IT-ITes, ESSCI, Apparel sector. The training duration is almost 3-4 months for 1batch. This 1batch includes 25-30 beneficiaries. These beneficiaries age group is between 18-30. We provide the market demand related theory, hands
on practical, soft skill and grooming classes. We have our Mobilizing team, Counseling Team, Faculty Team with the
TOT Certification. After this completion of training Frostees provide the placement to the trained candidate also.
Now due to this pandemic we have developed a software. Through this the students and trainers can easily connect
with each other. The software is very user friendly, easily available in play store. Features of the Software:

Importance of On-line Digital Learning
